You can book in three ways: 1. Directly through our website by selecting your date and number of travelers. 2. Via WhatsApp for personalized and fast assistance. 3. By email if you’d like to plan in detail or make a group booking.

Our services are mainly private, designed to offer more comfort and flexibility. If we offer shared tours, it will be clearly stated in the description and at the time of booking.

We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance. For private or group tours, please book 72 hours or more ahead.

Our experiences are designed for 2 to 8 people per vehicle, ensuring personalized attention. For larger groups, we can arrange tailor-made options depending on availability.

Sustainability & Responsibility

Yes. We promote the use of reusable bottles, reduce plastic waste, work with local communities, and encourage respect for culture and nature in every experience.

Weather & Conditions

Yes, most tours run normally under light rain. They are only rescheduled if weather conditions pose a risk or affect the experience.

Panama has a warm tropical climate year-round, with average temperatures between 25°C and 32°C (77°F–90°F). Dry season (summer): December to April ideal for exploring cities and beaches. Rainy season (winter): May to November short afternoon rains and lush green landscapes. We recommend light clothing, sunscreen, a hat or cap, and a poncho or umbrella for tropical showers.

Payments & Cancellations

We accept credit cards.

Cancellation more than 36 hours in advance: full refund. Cancellation 24–36 hours before service: 70% refund. Cancellation less than 24 hours or no-show: no refund.

Yes, you can bring suitcases or small backpacks. Just let us know when booking so we can arrange the vehicle space.
