Terms of Service – Panamagia Travels

Acceptance of Terms

By booking with Panamagia Travels, the client agrees to the prices, included services, and cancellation conditions described in the corresponding itinerary.

Payments

Full payment must be completed before the start of the tour, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, bank transfer, cash, or other means authorized by Panamagia Travels. All payments are processed securely, respecting clients’ privacy and data protection.

Cancellations and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or cancel tours due to weather conditions, safety concerns, force majeure, or any circumstances beyond our control. In case of cancellation by the client, the refund conditions described in each tour’s itinerary will apply.

Client Responsibility

The company is not responsible for loss, damage, or misplacement of personal belongings during tours. Clients are responsible for following schedules and regulations established by Panamagia Travels and associated service providers.

Modification of Terms

Panamagia Travels reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.
Changes will apply to reservations made after their publication.
